(a) Purpose. The intent of this district is to encourage the establishment and the preservation of residential neighborhoods characterized by single family structures on large lots preserving undeveloped lands for smaller types of residential development by prohibiting nonresidential uses. The stipulated density is intended to provide for areas of suburban character in the community.
(b) Permitted Uses.
(1) Single-Family dwellings only.
(c) Conditional Uses Requiring Planning Commission Approval.
(1) Planned Unit Development (PUD).
(d) Dimensional Requirements.
(e) Off-Street Parking. A minimum of three (3) off-street parking spaces must be provided per residence.
(f) Mobile Homes: No mobile homes permitted.
