IV.   OTHER INFORMATION AND PROCEDURE REQUIREMENTS:
1.   NEW CONSTRUCTION OR ADDITION: One (1) set of plat plans and two (2) sets of building plans.
   A.   A plan of the ground showing the location of all structures with reference to all property lines and street lines.
   B.   Building plans must include foundation, floor, wall sections, roof, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, elevations. etc. (Ord. 8-10. Passed 10-28-10.)
   C.   Plan review fees shall be paid, in full, to the City of Vienna at cost prior to issuance of any building permit.

2.   COPY OF LICENSES: A copy of all contractors’ names, addresses and state license numbers including main contractors, sub-contractors, electrical contractors, etc.
3.   The total project cost based on contract between owner and or project cost if work done by owner.
4.   The building inspector must be notified before the footer is poured and before electrical and plumbing work is covered.
