When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets, avenues and public ways, or portions thereof, described below:
(a) Avenues.
(1) Parking is prohibited on the west side of all avenues, except as provided in subsections (a)(2) and (3) hereof.
(2) Parking is prohibited on the east side of the following avenues.
A. 6th Avenue between 46th Street and 51st Street.
B. 3rd Avenue between 39th Street and 41st street.
C. 9th Avenue between 41st Street and 46th Street.
D. 7th Avenue between 46th Street and 51st Street. (8-10-78)

(3) Parking is prohibited on both sides of the following avenues:
A. 13th Avenue from Grand Central Avenue to 6th Street
B. 16th Avenue between 23rd Street and Forest Hills Drive.

(b) Streets.
(1) Parking is prohibited on the north side of all streets from Grand Central Avenue to the eastern City limits, except as provided in subsections (b)(2) and (3) hereof.
(2) Parking is prohibited on the south side of the following streets, from Grand Central Avenue to the eastern City limits:
A. 10th Street
B. 12th Street
C. 15th Street
D. 28th Street
E. 30th Street
F. 55th Street
G. 36th Street
(3) Parking is prohibited on both sides of the following streets:
A. 34th Street from 11th Avenue to the eastern City limits.
B. 19th Street in the 1100 and 1200 blocks.
C. 28th Street between 10th Avenue and 13th Avenue.
D. 57th Street between Grand Central Avenue and 6th Avenue.

(4) Parking is prohibited on the south side of all streets from Grand Central Avenue to the western City limits, except as provided in subsection (b)(5) hereof.
(5) Parking is prohibited on the north side of the following streets from Grand Central Avenue to the western City limits:

(c) Other Public Ways.
(1) Parking is prohibited on the following public ways as hereinafter provided:
A. West side of Ashwood Drive and within circle of Ashwood Drive.
B. West side of Foxboro Drive.
C. Left side of Lynnwood Drive starting at 10th Avenue east on Lynnwood Drive and within circle on Lynnwood Drive.
D. West side of Charles Drive.
E. Northern side of Ashwood Place.
F. West side of Poplar Drive.
G. West side of Whited Drive.
H. Northern side of Forest Hills Drive.
I. Northern side of Woodland Drive.
J. West side of Valley View Drive where Valley View Drive runs in a north-south direction, in circle of Valley View Drive, and north side of Valley View Drive where Valley View Drive runs in an east- west direction.
K. South side of Colony Drive.
L. West side of Detroit Drive.
M. Northern side of Crestview Drive.
N. Both sides of Park Avenue (Jackson Park from 34th Street to Rosemar Road).
O. Both sides of Jackson Avenue (Jackson Park around pool).

(d) Additional Parking Prohibitions and Modifications.
(1) 28th Street. In addition to the prohibitions provided for in subsections (b)(2)D. and (b)(3)C. hereof, parking is prohibited on the north side of 28th Street from Grand Central Avenue east 549 feet.

In addition to the prohibitions provided for in subsection (b)(1) hereof, parking is prohibited on the south side of 23rd Street from a point 129 feet west of the center of the bridge crossing Pond Run and extending westerly along the southerly side of 23rd Street a distance of 242 feet.

(3) Rosemar Road. Parking is prohibited at all times on both sides of Local Service Route 14/16 (Rosemar Road) from milepost 1.91 being the intersection of Local Service Route 14/16 and Local Service Route 2/8 and running north to mile post 2.53 being 400 feet south of Local Service Route 12, a total distance of 0.62 mile.
