305.03 THROUGH 5TREETS DESIGNATED.

   Those streets and parts of streets described below are hereby declared to be through streets:

   (a)    Grand Central Avenue, from the south corporate limits line to the north corporate limits line.

   (b)    Eighth Avenue, from Twenty-third street to Twenty-eighth Street; from Thirtieth Street to Thirty-fourth Street.

   (c)    Forty-first Street, from Grand Central Avenue to Ninth Avenue.

   (d)    Nineteenth Street, from Grand Central Avenue to the east corporate limits line.

   (e)    Forty-sixth Street, from Grand Central Avenue to the east corporate limits line.
