In any case in which it determines that a building shall be repaired, closed or demolished, pursuant to the provisions of the preceding section, the Building Safety Commission shall enter an order requiring such building to be repaired, closed or demolished. Such order shall further provide that unless the owner repairs, closes or demolishes such building within a designated number of days, not less than ten, the Commission will cause such building to be repaired, closed or demolished. Such order shall further provide that the owner shall have the right to appeal to the Circuit Court for a temporary injunction restraining the Commission pending final disposition of the cause. Such order shall be served in accordance with the laws of this State and shall, in addition thereto, be posted in a conspicuous place on the premises affected by such order.
