1509.02 OPEN BURNING.

Open burning of vegetation grown on the premises of a home or farm, provided that the health and safety, comfort and property of persons are protected from the effects of such burning, shall be allowed, on the first Friday and Saturday of each month between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (Ord. 0-14-89. Passed 9-28-89.)
