1505.07 CITY ATTORNEY TO ASSIST INVESTIGATION.
   The City Attorney, upon request of the Fire Chief or the Fire Prevention Bureau, shall assist the inspectors in the investigation of any fire which, in their opinion, is of suspicious origin. (1965 Code §8-26)
