1505.04 RECOMMENDATIONS TO COUNCIL.
   The Fire Chief and the Fire Prevention Bureau shall investigate and recommend to Council such additional ordinances, or amendments to existing ordinances, as they may deem necessary for safeguarding life and property against fire.
