(a) Created; Purposes. There is hereby established a Policemen's Pension and Relief Fund for the purposes set forth and provided by West Virginia Code 8-22-16 et seq.
(b) Board of Trustees; Established. There is hereby established a board of trustees for the Policemen's Pension and Relief Fund who shall administer and distribute the funds authorized to be raised by West Virginia Code 8-22-16 et seq. as provided by such sections.
(c) Board of Trustees; Composition. The board of trustees established by subsection (b) hereof shall consist of the Mayor and four members of the Police Department who shall be elected and shall serve as provided by West Virginia Code 8-22-16 et seq.
