There is hereby established a Police Civil Service Commission and the powers, duties, rules, regulations and other provisions relating to Commission shall be the same as those provided for in West Virginia Code 8-14-6 et seq. Such sections of the West Virginia Code are hereby adopted and made a part of this article by reference and shall be known and designated, as the Police Civil Service Code.
