5-3-10: NUISANCE UNLAWFUL:
It is unlawful for any person, including, but not limited to, any owner, lessee, or other person to create or maintain a nuisance within the Town or to permit a nuisance to remain on premises under his control within the Town. (2008 Code § 8-310)
