5-3-8: ABATEMENT BY SUIT IN DISTRICT COURT:
In cases where it is deemed impractical summarily to abate a nuisance, the Town may bring suit in the District Court of the County, as provided in 50 Oklahoma Statutes section 17. (2008 Code § 8-309; amd. 2019 Code)
