5-1-4: PENALTY:
Any person who violates any provision of this title or any law or code adopted by reference in this title is guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. In addition thereto, such person may be enjoined from continuing such violations. (2008 Code § 8-404)
