5-1-3: VIOLATIONS:
It is unlawful for any person to wilfully violate or refuse or fail to comply with any lawful order, direction, prohibition, rule or regulation of the Director of the County Health Department or any officer charged with enforcement of such order, direction, prohibition, rule or regulation. (2008 Code § 8-403)
