3-2-6: TAX RATE; SALES SUBJECT TO TAX:
There is hereby levied an Excise Tax of four percent (4%) upon the gross proceeds or gross receipts derived from all sales taxable under the Oklahoma Sales Tax Code. (2008 Code § 7-208; amd. 2019 Code)
