9-1-1: APPLICATION FOR UTILITY SERVICE:

Every person, firm or corporation desiring to have his premises connected with any of the Town's utilities, water, sewer, or trash collection, shall make application and sign a contract therefor upon a printed form to be furnished for that purpose, and shall pay the regular fees and deposits for installation of the service. (2008 Code § 17-101)
