8-3-3: PENALTY:
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. In addition thereto, such person may be enjoined from continuing such violations. (Ord. 251, 9-5-2000; amd. 2019 Code)
