For purposes of this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings given herein:
ANIMAL: Any mammal (excluding any dogs and cats), bird, reptile, amphibian, fish, fowl, and invertebrate.
EMPLOYEE: Any person employed by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Vici, Oklahoma.
PARK AREAS AND FACILITIES: Any park, playground, recreation area, sports field, garden, land, building, or any other structure designated by legal instrument, formal acceptance or custom under the jurisdiction of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Vici, Oklahoma.
PERSON: Any natural person, corporation, company, association, firm, organization, or partnership.
TOWN PROPERTY: All real property wherein the Town of Vici, Oklahoma, has a fee simple interest therein, any of Town of Vici, Oklahoma's public trusts, all easements, platted streets, alleys, and sidewalks within the Municipal limits of the Town of Vici, Oklahoma, which the Town of Vici, Oklahoma, has jurisdiction to regulate the same.
