7-2-1: OPERATION OF VEHICLES GENERALLY:

Every person operating a vehicle in the Town shall at all times operate the vehicle in a prudent and careful manner and in compliance with the laws of the Town and State, having due regard for other vehicles, rights of pedestrians, and property of others. (2008 Code § 15-201)
