7-1-8: INSPECTION OF VEHICLES BY OFFICERS:

Police officers have authority to inspect and test any vehicle upon the streets of the Town at any time to determine whether it is safe, whether it is properly equipped, and whether its equipment is in proper adjustment or repair. (2008 Code § 15-106)
