§ 70.99 PENALTY.
   Any person(s) who are found to be in violation of § 70.01 shall be subject to a $150 fine for first offense and each subsequent offense. Fines are to be assessed by, and made payable to, the town. All monies collected under § 70.01 shall be deposited into the fund of the town.
