§ 51.08 SEWER FLOW CHARGES.
   The sewer flow charges shall be based on the quantity of water as measured by the water meter used on or in the premises subject to such sewer charges. Charges for unmetered residential users shall be based on the average volume of metered residential users. Water meters shall be read once each month or at the option of the Board at other intervals.
