§ 33.02 INSPECTION OF RESIDENTS' VEHICLE; FEE.
   (A)   The Town Council has determined that it is in the best interests of the town to charge a fee for the physical inspection of a state resident’s vehicle by a town police officer.
   (B)   A fee of $5 shall be charged and collected for each physical inspection of a state resident’s vehicle by a town police officer, and that funds collected pursuant to this section be deposited in the local Law Enforcement Continuing Education Fund, established by I.C. 5-2-8-2.
