Any person violating the provisions of any section of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to a civil penalty fine of not less than $50 and not more than $2,500. All fines are to be assessed by, and made payable to, the Switzerland County Clerk. All monies collected under this chapter shall be deposited into the fund of the town.
