§ 93.10 NOTICE TO TOWN AND OTHER OFFICIAL.
   Immediately upon the issuance of a parade, public solicitation, or public assembly permit, the Town Council shall send a copy thereof to the following:
   (A)   The Town Marshal;
   (B)   The Jefferson-Craig Fire and Rescue Inc.;
   (C)   The county EMS; and
   (D)   Any other person the Town Council may reasonably determine will facilitate the implementation of the parking, public solicitation, or public assembly.
