§ 90.21 EXCEPTIONS WITH PRIOR APPROVAL.
   (A)   Emergency burning of spilled petroleum products when all reasonable efforts to recover the spilled material have been made and failure to burn would result in an imminent fire hazard or water pollution problem (upon prior approval of all state and local authorities).
   (B)   Burning of refuse, consisting of material resulting from a natural disaster (upon prior approval of all state and local authorities).
   (C)   Burning for the purpose of fire training (upon prior approval of all state and local authorities).
   (D)   Burning of natural growth derived from a clearing operation, for example, removal of natural growth for change in use of the land (upon prior approval of all state and local authorities).
