(A) The following fees are hereby established:
(1) Independent water meter testing:
(a) 3/4" meters $50.00
(b) Larger meters At cost, including shipping
(c) If the meter is found to be defective, the cost of testing will be paid by the city.
(2) Water/wastewater plan review fee $250.00, plus $5.00 per lot
(3) Water meter tampering fee $200.00
(4) Fire hydrant tampering fee $200.00
(5) Monthly fee for unmetered taps for fire protection based upon the size of the water line according to the following schedule:

(B) In order to cover the administrative costs of city personnel, the following fees are hereby established:
(1) Waste hauler annual permit fee $50.00.
(2) Annual fee for an industrial user discharge permit $300.00.
