§ 32.90 POLICIES CONCERNING HARASSMENT; APPEALS FROM DECISIONS MADE BY HEAD OF THE AGENCY.
    Any entity that is created in whole or in part by action of the City of Versailles and any entity that receives more than forty percent (40%) of its total funding from appropriations by the city shall adopt policies and procedures within ninety (90) days of the effective date of this ordinance that addresses the following issues:
   (A)   A policy concerning harassment, both sexual and nonsexual, that includes:
       (1)   Specific protections from retaliation against employees or others who file a sexual or nonsexual harassment complaint;
      (2)   A procedure for an employee or other person to file a complaint against the head of the agency; and
      (3)   A written procedure to inform employees of the agency's policies with regard to sexual and nonsexual harassment that includes, at a minimum, making a complaint form readily available.
   (B)   A procedure for customers or clients receiving services by the agency to appeal decisions made by the head of the agency.
