(A) This chapter shall be automatically repealed effective January 1, 2031, or upon the adoption of an ordinance by the Woodford Fiscal Court that imposes a 911 service fee upon real property located within Woodford County, including real property within the city, whichever event occurs first.
(B) The $3.50 per month fee imposed upon land telephone lines in Woodford County is repealed effective December 31, 2020.
