§ 33.43 CREATION OF 911 BOARD.

   There is hereby created a 911 Board consisting of the following voting members:

   (A)   Versailles Police Chief, or Assistant Versailles Police Chief, in the Chief's absence, who shall serve as chair;

   (B)   Woodford County Sheriff or designee;

   (C)   Woodford County Emergency Services Director or designee;

   (D)   Woodford County Fire Chief or designee;

   (E)   Versailles Fire Chief or designee;

   (F)   Midway Fire Chief or designee;

   (G)   Woodford County Coroner or designee;

   (H)   Director of Woodford County Emergency Management or designee;

   (I)   Director of Woodford County Animal Control or designee; and

   (J)   Three citizen members, with one appointment each by the Woodford County Judge/Executive, Versailles Mayor and Midway Mayor, subject to confirmation by their respective legislative bodies.
