All 911 service fees shall be collected by the Woodford County Sheriff and transferred to the Woodford County - Versailles 911 account on a timely basis. The County Sheriff shall be entitled to a reasonable collection fee to defray the actual costs of collection and disbursement of the 911 service fee, not to exceed 4.5%.
