§ 120.15 APPLICATION FEE.

A non-refundable application fee of fifty dollars ($50) shall be paid with the filing of the application for a city license relating to the manufacture or sale of alcoholic beverages. If the license is granted, the application fee shall be credited against the initial license fee.
