(A) By August 31 each year, the following reports shall be distributed to members of the City Council and promptly made available on the official website of the city:
(1) A summary of police calls and activity for the previous fiscal year;
(2) A summary of fire runs and activity for the previous fiscal year; and
(3) A summary of utility usage and billing for the previous fiscal year.
(B) The official fiscal year audit of funds of the city shall be presented to the City Council at a regularly scheduled City Council meeting following the completion of the audit. Upon approval of the City Council, the audit shall be made available on the official website of the city.
(C) Monthly budget status reports shall be provided to the City Council by the 15th day of the following month and shall be promptly posted on the website of the city.
