§ 35.25 MEETING ATTENDANCE.
   All elected city officers and members of city boards and commissions are expected to attend their meetings. It is a violation of this code to miss more than one-third of the meetings in a twelve (12) month period. Failure to meet these attendance requirements will result in an agenda item at the soonest regularly scheduled Council meeting that begins the removal proceedings under applicable law or rule.
