§ 35.23 COMPLICITY WITH OR KNOWLEDGE OF OTHERS’ VIOLATIONS.
   No officer or employee may, directly or indirectly, induce, encourage, or aid anyone to violate any provision of this code. If an officer or employee suspects that someone has violated this code, he or she is required to report it to the Board of Ethics pursuant to this ordinance. No officer or employee shall be subject to any retaliation, including disciplinary action, for any report made to the Board of Ethics.
