The BOCA National Maintenance Code is amended and revised in the following respects:
Section PM-100.1 (page 1, second line). Insert: "City of Versailles" for [Name of Jurisdiction].
Section PM-104.1 (page 3, seventh line). Replace with: "The code official shall act to enforce the provisions of this code upon the receipt of written authorization to proceed by the Mayor of the City of Versailles. The mayor may issue said authorization upon the advice of the code official, members of the city council, or interested citizens."
Section PM-109.2 (page 7, third line). Insert: "Twenty-five dollars ($25.00)" for the minimum amount of the fine specified on line three and "one hundred dollars ($100.00)" for the maximum amount of the fine specified on line three.
Section PM-109.2 (page 7, fourth line). Insert: "60" for "[Number]".
Section PM-111.1 (page 9, line four). Insert: "Board of Adjustments of the Versailles-Midway-Woodford County Planning and Zoning Commission" for "board".
Section PM-111.2 (page 9 and 10). Delete Section 111.2 in its entirety.
Section PM-302.12 (page 17, first line). Insert: "in which this Ordinance, as amended, remains in force and effect" for "from [Date] to [Date]."
Section PM-601.1 (page 27, tenth line). Insert: "in which this Ordinance, as amended, remains in force and effect" for "from [Date] to [Date]."
Section PM-601.2 (page 27, second line). Insert: "in which this Ordinance, as amended, remains in force and effect" for "from [Date] to [Date]."
