(A) It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 21 years to possess, use, or discharge any air rifle, catapult, rubber sling, Flobert rifles, bird shooters, or other dangerous projectable or toy.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, give, or lend to any minor child under the age of 21 years any catapult, rubber sling, Flobert rifle, air rifle, bird shooter, or other dangerous projectable or toy.
