§ 130.06 DISCHARGING FIREARMS.

(A) No person shall shoot or discharge firearms unless it is necessary and proper under existing laws, for the protection of persons or property. ('77 Code, § 12-7)

(B) This section shall not be construed to prohibit any officer of the law from discharging a firearm in the performance of his duty. Penalty, see § 130.99
