§ 130.05 UNAUTHORIZED BLASTING PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to do any blasting of earth, rock, or other material for the purpose of making excavations or for any other purpose, with gunpowder, giant powder, blasting powder, dynamite, nitroglycerine, or other explosive substance, without the consent or permission of the City Council having been given thereto in writing.
