The commission shall be composed of seven (7) members to be appointed by the county judge executive and the Mayor of the City of Versailles and the Mayor of Midway in the manner set forth in KRS 91A.360, and any successive legislation. Pursuant to KRS 91A.360(1)(d), one member of the commission shall be appointed by the judge executive and one member of the commission shall be appointed by the Mayor of the city. One member of the commission, as described under KRS 91A.360(1)(a),(b), or (c) shall be appointed by the Mayor of Midway.
