(A) It is unlawful for peddlers to lend, rent or sell their permit to another person.
(B) t is unlawful for more than two (2) adult persons (eighteen (18) years of age or older) to solicit on the same premises at the same time for the same goods or services. Each individual member of a group engaged in solicitation in violation of this subchapter will be deemed to have violated this chapter.
