(A) Whoever shall violate any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not provided shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than $100. Each day's continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 111.01 through 111.09, in addition to the revocation of his license, shall be liable to a fine or penalty of not less than $50 nor more than $250 for each offense. (Ord. passed 2-17-81)
