§ 97.07 ANIMALS, VEHICLES PROHIBITED ON SIDEWALKS.

No person shall lead, ride or drive any animal or haul, pull, or drive any cart, wheelbarrow, motorcycle, or automobile along or upon any sidewalks or public grounds within the city. This section shall not apply to a person walking their dogs, which are properly leashed.
