§ 95.06 CITY'S COSTS TO CONSTITUTE LIEN.
   (A)   The owner of the property at the time the violation occurred shall be liable for all fines, fees and penalties assessed for the violation.
   (B)   Any and all costs incurred by the city in the abatement of a nuisance under the provisions of this chapter and costs related to collection of such costs or fines shall constitute a lien against the property upon which such nuisance existed, which lien shall be filed, proven, and collected in accordance with state law, and, pursuant to said statute, shall be superior to and have priority over all other liens on the property, except state, county, school board and city taxes.
   (C)   Such lien shall be notice to all persons from the time of its recording, and shall bear interest at the legal rate thereafter until satisfied.
