§ 93.08 HOUSEHOLDS REQUIRED TO RECEIVE GARBAGE COLLECTION SERVICES.

Every household within the city limits shall receive garbage collection services from the city or its garbage franchisee. The city may award the exclusive right to collect from subscriber households to a franchisee.
