§ 93.05 PLACEMENT OF LEAVES AND LIMBS.
   (A)   The city leaf machine will pick up leaves from the curb in October, November and December.
   (B)   The city will collect and chip tree limbs that are cut by the property owner. Tree limbs may not be over seven (7) feet long or over six (6) inches in diameter and should be placed neatly at the curb with the cut end toward the street. The city will not remove limbs cut by contractors; it is up to the property owner to make sure these limbs are removed. In addition, the city will not remove limbs that are tangled or pushed up with a loader; limbs that are placed behind or near a vehicle; and limb piles that contain lumber, wire or metal objects or firewood size pieces. Residents are asked to cut wide-branching limbs as straight as possible to allow limbs to feed through the chipper safely. Limbs that are hauled in from another location will not be picked up by the city.
   (C)   Grass, weeds, ornamental grass, any bushes (including rose), root balls, leaves (except as outlined in division (A)), vines, stumps, stalks, small sticks, or any other brush should be placed in heavy bags or trash cans for pickup on resident's regular trash pickup day.
