No funeral shall be conducted in the cemeteries on Sunday unless the Sunday is followed by a Monday holiday where no funerals are conducted, and the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve after 11:00 a.m., and Christmas Day; nor after 4:00 p.m. on any day.
