§ 72.01 OBSTRUCTING STREETS.

It shall be unlawful for any person having charge or control of any railroad car, locomotive, or train to obstruct any street by causing, suffering, or permitting such railroad car, locomotive, or train to remain upon or across the same for a longer period than five minutes.
