§ 71.10 DROPPING OF TRAILERS PROHIBITED.
   (A) It shall be unlawful for any driver to drop or leave any type of trailer on any public street or right-of-way. This shall include boat trailers, trailers used to haul equipment and light utility trailers. This provision shall not apply to persons performing work at a specific location, who may drop or park the trailer on a public street only during the time they are performing work at the location where the trailer is parked or dropped. For purposes of this chapter the term public street shall also refer to a city parking lot.
   (B) Unless a more strict requirement applies, no person shall park a motor vehicle, with a trailer attached, for a longer period than 24 hours on any public street or right-of-way.
