No person shall park a motor vehicle upon any street for the principal purpose of displaying it for sale except upon the streets immediately adjacent to and abutting upon the place of business of the party so selling or displaying it, unless the party displaying it for sale procures the consent of the owner or occupant of the property adjacent to the street where the same is to be parked.
